By changing the way we think and changing what we do we can ultimately influence the way we feel and set goals towards a more meaningful life.

Robert believes that each client is unique in their own way and has their own set of unique attributes that influences the lens through which they see themselves, others and the world. As such, he works to provide a warm and empathic atmosphere for each client and seeks an understanding of the client’s unique circumstances and emotions. Change can be achieved in many ways, and Robert also works to support individual strengths. Once identified and developed, these strengths can provide a catalyst for positive change, and assist clients along their journey of self-reflection and towards a more valued existence.

Robert's therapeutic approach is informed by the latest evidence in research and best practice clinical standards. He is committed to maintaining these standards of professional practice through regular attendance at relevant workshops and conferences
